Inter Allies lost their matchday two league fixture away to Karela United in a scandalous fashion as Referee Abdulai Ibrahim awarded a dubious penalty to hand the host a 1-0 win over the visitors.
A video of the controversial penalty has popped up affirming the claims of Inter Allies head coach Lehm Henrik Peters complaints of daylight robbery after the game by the centre referee.
Karela was awarded a penalty in the 76’ minute as Diawise Taylor calmly converted it to give his side an all-important win.
The results made Lehm furious in their post-match conference which has landed him in trouble, as Ghana FA has hauled him to appeal before the discipline committee over his comments on the referee.
We are hoping to see what the FA will do to referee Abdulai.
