Experienced defender Nuru Sulley has waded into Kofi Kordzi’s transfer saga Saying the Hearts hierarchy should consider the offer and allow the sturdy striker to leave
Hearts have received a bid around $150000 for their gigantic striker from a Qatari club, and reports say the management is contemplating of rejecting the offer outright as they believe him as highly important to their squad.
But Nuru, who re-joined the Phobians five month ago says the club should let Kordzi to leave
”I’ve heard about it even before the transfer came out, am I aware there are talks ongoing”- Nuru Sulley told Atinka tv
What I say is we are all playing football because of money and time is running out for us
”So I think if indeed something like this has come in Kofi’s way, I will plead with management to consider his family and allow him to go” he ended.
Kordzi is contracted with Hearts of Oak until 2022 after uniting them on a 3-year deal from a lower-tier side Royal FC last year.
Kordzi scored six goals in his 14 outings for Hearts of Oak making him the top scorer for his club in the 2019/20 truncated Ghana premier league due to COVID-19 downturn.
