Asante Kotoko top striker Kwame Poku believes that he has a good understanding with Fabio Dos Santos Gama after the latter setting up his sides second goal in 2-0 win over Liberty Professionals.
Gama made his first start for Kotoko on Monday after Premier League game against Liberty Professionals. The Brazilian repaid Jonhson Smith’s faith in him, by setting up Poku for the club’s second goal in the match.
Gama was later substituted in the second half, after being on the receiving end of some rough treatment and showing tidness.
Speaking after the win, the 21-year-old spoke of his relationship with Gama, and how he can benefit from his style of play.
“I think it was a very fantastic pass, we have been talking always, even at training grounds, I think he is my best friend for now so we usually talk.”
Kotoko next game is against WAFA in the Ghana Premier League.
