The only game on Saturday saw Coach Ignatius Osei lead his Techiman Eleven Wonders side to face his former club, Liberty Professionals at the Carl Reindorf Park. The visitors took the lead through George Osei Amponsah in the 42nd minute.

The excitement got in to the heads of the visiting team as they gave the lead to Liberty Professionals who got the equalizer after just two minutes of conceeding thanks to goal scored by Abdul Razak Boame.
Godfred Attuahene of Liberty Professionals SC won the Nasco Man of The Match award.

The rest of the games continued on Sunday; Karela United came from a goal down to beat Dreams FC 2-1 and go top of the table after round 3 of the Ghana Premier League.

At the CAM Park in Aiyinsase, Joseph Esso shot Dreams ahead in the 37th minute with his second goal of the season but Franklyn Osei pulled parity just 3 minutes later to end the first half at 1-1.

Osei then scored his second of the game on 65 minutes to wrap up the win and move Karela top of the table on 7 points after 3 games. Brace scorer, Franklin Osei went home with the Nasco Man of The Match award.

Cape Coast, Martin Tsiboah’s 21st minute goal proved the difference as Ebusua Dwarfs recorded their first win of the season with a 1-0 success over visiting Berekum Chelsea. Ebusua Dwarfs’ Benjamin Acquah emerged as the Man of The Match.

In Sogakope, WAFA came from a goal down to secure a 1-1 draw at home to Elmina Sharks.

The Regional Derby despite ending goalless draw did not disappoint as both Aduana Stars and Bechem United played out some exciting football at the Dormaa Park.
