After a disgraceful performance in the match day three game between Asante Kotoko and Hearts of oak, Serlom Yao bless has returned as a center man for this weekend’s game between Aduana Stars vs Accra Lions
Asante Kotoko hosted their bitterest rival Hearts of oak at the Babayara sports stadium in September last year, Yao Bless was a center of discussion after he ensured that Kotoko doesn’t win the game against beloved Hearts of oak.
Yao Bless failed to show Hearts of oak’s defender Zakaria Yakubu a second yellow card, he went on to deny Kotoko five clear penalties.
The game ended 1-1
Asante Kotoko management filed an official complaint against the referees but till today the Ghana Football Association hasn’t responded to the complaint yet.
A few months ago, the wife of Hearts of oak’s keeper Richard Attah, in a leaked audio alleged that before the game, two hearts of oak officials approached the center referee to show two of their players’ red cards but strangely the Yao Bless told the hearts players about it and decided against it.
The Ghana FA has released officials for matchday 14 games and Serlom Yao Bless has been picked.
