An exclusive information reaching halftimegh.com says Ashanti Gold talisman and Black Stars B captain Shafiu Mumuni has rejected a contract extension offer given to him by the club President.
The player’s contract with the former Ghana Premier League Champions and representative for Ghana in the CAF Confederation came to an end on 1st July, 2020.
Dr. Kwaku Frimpong the team President called the player to a contract negotiations after the player return from an unsuccessful trials in Romania but did not honor the invitation. The player has since refused to join the Obuase-based club for training.
