Obuase Ashanti Gold head coach, Ernest Thompson says his lads are good to go in the upcoming campaign.
The miners will start their league campaign with Techiman Eleven Wonders at Ohene Ameyaw Park as the league commence on 29th October,2021.
The former trainer of Ebusua Dwarfs is very confident his team is very ready for the task ahead.
“I can say that we are ready for the season. Ashantigold is one of the biggest teams in Ghana and with the exception of Kotoko and Hearts, Ashantigold is the next biggest thing in the country so the expectations are huge”
“A lot is being expected from the team this season, everything that is needed to be is being done and am okay and happy being here. So, we are only expecting a good time with Ashantigold in the Premier League” he said.
The experienced coach signed two years deal for Obuasi Ashgold after departing from Ebusua Dwarfs last season.
