Kotoko supporters have been urged to stay calm and not be distracted by people who are bent on seeing the back of their new management
sports journalist Isaac Asempa of ZylofonFM took to Facebook to make this appeal which read:
OPEN LETTER TO KOTOKO SUPPORTERS
Dear Asante Kotoko supporters,
I greet you all.
Don’t be swayed into always causing rancour and being toxic towards your beloved club. It serves you no good.
I’m gravely flummoxed and befuddled by this unwarranted development that’s upsurging.
Nana Yaw Amponsah has put together an enviable management team and they’re gradually putting Kotoko on the pedestal where they ought to be. The path certainly will be undulating but the prospects I see with this Kotoko project is frighteningly juicy.
Ain’t you proud of the steady progress your club is making and how it’s being branded? Do you want to discombobulate these structures that have been set up?
True supporters of the great porcupine family must be ready to contribute their quota to the building, instead of destroying what’s being built. Please don’t fall for the vile instigation to go up in arms against the club you claim to so dearly love.
You can criticize your club and that’s very much acceptable when you proffer tenable solutions. But project the positives strides of your club more.
Whose good does it serve when you the supporters try to create artificial tension in your club and exhibit antipathy towards same? It’s retrogressive and must STOP now!!!
Support your team unflinchingly and turn the heat on those who’re trying to sow seeds of sabotage and discord in the club!!!
