Accra Hearts of Oak have today confirmed the signing of highly rated young talented Isaac Mensah from Division One league side Nkoranza Warriors.
The club statement reads; “Accra Hearts of Oak is delighted to announce the signing of Isaac Mensah from Division One side Nkoranza Warriors. The teenage striker has signed a three-year contract at the club.”
The deal was officially announced by Accra-based club today but according to sources gathered by halftimegh.com, the deal was wrapped up between the two clubs somewhere in April this year but was loaned back to the Division 1 and would have joined Hearts of Oak at the end of the season. The club had to make his signing publicly known after the season was abruptly ended by Covid-19.
After missing out on Nkoranza Warriors player, Emmanuel Sarkodie to bitter rivals Asante Kotoko, Accra Hearts of Oak made sure this time they had their firm grips on Isaac.
The talented teenage is the third forward to join the Ghana giants after the club signed Abednego Tetteh and Danjuma Ademula Kuti.
He will join the likes of Kofi Kordzi, Joseph Esso, Kwadwo Obeng Jr and Daniel Afriyie Banyie.
