Ghana football Association has agreed to share monies received as COVID-19 relief fund to clubs following a meeting on Tuesday,
Premier League clubs will receive $15,000 each, with Division One clubs taking $10,000 each, GHALCA will receive $2,000.
However, the Executive council of GFA conspicuously excluded second, third and juvenile football clubs.
GFA, at the epic of the pandemic supported premier and division one clubs by waiving loans given to them at the beginning of the season with condition that these clubs will pay when any new sponsors come on board, however, this made it impossible for GFA to do any deductions from tv rights sponsorship monies which was shared to clubs in April.
FIFA announced last month that it had agreed a $1.5 billion relief plan to help deal with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the global game.
