Newcastle United attacker Christian Atsu has lost his mother to death today.
The 28-year-old winger took to his social media handle to announce the tragic news and paid tribute to her.

Details of her death are yet to be known though. However,
Atsu has had a lot to deal with this year to after losing his place at his club side and haven’t left out from Coach CK Akonnor’s call-ups in recent times.
