Hearts of oak technical director Carlos Manuel Pinto Vaz has returned to his native country after his request to sack Edward Nii Odoom from the first-team was rejected by management.
According to Kumasi-based Oyerepa FM, the phobians would have to look elsewhere for another technical director and head coach since Carlos Manuel Vaz Pinto is not ready to kowtow to the suggestions put before him to accept Coach Odoom as his assistant.
The Portuguese left the shores of Ghana over the weekend after the two parties failed to reach a consensus on who assists him because he was unwilling to accept Coach Odoom as his deputy.

After the announcement it was reported that the 46-year-old has instructed for two former players as his assistant as against Nii odoom who is the preferred choice of management.
