Striker Kofi Kordzi will get his wish to leave Hearts of Oak to Qatari club after the first reports said hierarchy have turned down a transfer offer around $150000-$200000.
According to Frederick Moore, the Managing Director of Hearts, though the board wants their key player to stay they won’t stand in the way if the sturdy striker demands to leave
”Hearts board want the striker to stay, we will do our best but if he wants to go, we will allow him.”- Moore Told Oyerepa Fm
”The proposal didn’t quote any figure but in negotiating with them that was where the $200,000 came in.
”We have met the player to extend his contract and this was when this proposal came in.
”We will do what is best for the club and the player as well.”- he ended.
Halftimegh.com can show that the player has written to Hearts management to allow him to leave.
Kordzi wants to leave the club in a peaceful way so to keep a good relationship with the Accra-based club.
