The Black Galaxies of Ghana put three past Al Ahly of Egypt in a pre-CHAN friendly game on Saturday afternoon.
Solomon Adomanko, Razak Kassim were on target as the Black Galaxies together with Daniel Afriyei Barnieh via spot kick to put the Egyptian Premier League giants to sword in a 3-1 scoreline.
The cagey encounter was well analysed by coach Annor Walker together with his assistants, making sure the Black Galaxies edged out their tough opponent ahead of the upcoming tournament.
Early on, the Black Galaxies were victorious after defeating the Egypt U-20 team, with Sylvester Simba and Kofi Kordzi scoring the goals.
The Annor Walker-led team will be hoping to pull a surprise in the upcoming tournament, having built strong momentum via the two friendly games played in Egypt.
