Ghana Legend Asamoah Gyan has completed a season-long loan move to Legon cities after seeing his contract with Indian side NorthEast united terminated earlier this year.
The 34-year-old experienced striker was heavily linked to Asante Kotoko but he has signed for the Royals instead and will play for the Accra-based club this season.
The all-time top scorer for Ghana is expected to add firepower to Goran Barjaktarevic side who struggle for goals in 2019-2020 truncated league.
The former Sunderland star will likely play his first league game in 17 years for his new club when legon cities host Berekum Chelsea at the Accra sports stadium on the November 13.
Gyan has played for more than seven different clubs outside Ghana including Udinese, Sunderland, Kayserispor, Shanghai SIPG, Al-Ain etc
