Ivorian centre-forward Ahmed Toure has signed for Medeama Sporting club on a two-year deal, with the option of another.
The 33-year-old has joined the Yellow & Mauve on a free transfer having left As Vita club when his contract ended last year.
He will bolster the Medeama’s attack which hs scored only 8 goals in 7 matches in the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League.
Medeama will hope Toure will hit the ground running when he finally makes his debut for them after failing to live up to the hype at the beginning of the season when they were touted to win the league.
Medeama is currently seventh on the league log after seven matches with seven points.
This will be the third club the industrious striker has played for in Ghana having represented Asante Kotoko and Bechem United in the past.
