The Astute administrator made a statement during the unveiling of his management on Tuesday that, he was going to improve the media landscape because of the too many misinformation around Kotoko.
Since he made that pronouncement, a section of the media has taken offence and has descended heavily on the young man.
But speaking to opemsuo Fm in Kumasi Nana Yaw has cleared the air on the matter
“No football administrator in Ghana can say that he runs football in the country without the media. What I meant by improving the media was to create an enabling environment that the media landscape will have access to information to give them more news.
“Kumasi Krobea Asante Kotoko is not just a club but an institution which great people around the globe show massive respect to the institution.
“A section of the media has misconstrued what I said, and I apologise.” he ended.
Nana Yaw is expected to lead the Porcupine club to the promised land.
