Nana Oduro Sarfo, a member of the Ghana Football Association’s Executive Committee, has slammed Anas exposè, claiming that the infamous exposè dubbed Number 12 is to blame for Hearts of Oak’s elimination from the Caf Champions League.
Ghanaian clubs have been disappointed in Caf competitions for a few years now since they can no longer compete with the elite.
Last Sunday, Wydad Athletic defeated Ghana premier league champions Hearts of Oak 6-2 on aggregate in the Caf Champions League preliminary round.
“The Anas exposè has harmed Ghana football a lot because what referee Rodriguez from Angola did in the Hearts game versus WAC is all due of the Anas exposè,” he remarked on Light FM in Kumasi.
“The Anas exposè was wasteful therefore Accra Hearts of oak supporters should direct their lamentations and frustrations at that exposè rather than blaming the leadership of the GFA” He added
