Bibiani Gold Stars gaffer Michael Osei feels elated about his return to the Ghana Premier League.
The former Asante Kotoko trainer was appointed as replacement for Kobina Amissah who shockingly resigned in the second week of August after he led Goldstars to qualify for the Ghana Premier league.
Osei had to quit Star Madrid – owned by embattled businessman Nana Appiah Mensah when Goldstars came calling.
“They trust me and I need to maintain that relationship” I’m very determined to make history for myself and with the club, I need to prove my worth here”.
“Very excited to come back to the premier league, God is my strength and I believe he will do miracles for me this time around.
It’s a big task but we are up for it, you always need to take a bold step at a point in your life and so am up for it”
He told Ghanasportscenter.com in an exclusive interview.
“I want to bring on board some experienced foot into the team and I believe with this squad we can perform and get up there”.
Osei has previously coached relegated Liberty Professionals and New Edubiase United as an assistant coach. He was also an assistant to Ibrahim Tanko at the Black Meteors.
