Ghana Premier league giants Asante Kotoko FA cup win over second-tier side Asokwa Deportivo ended with doggy referee decisions.
Fabio Gama and Evans Adomako first half goals were enough to send the defending champions to the quarter finals of the competition.
Kotoko has qualified but the talking point is the center referee Eric Owusu Prempeh who had a very terrible game with his calls.
In the first half, Kotoko’s penalty was controversial, he disallowed a clean goal by Asokwa Deportivo and many 50/50 calls were against the minnows.
Kotoko will hope to use the FA cup to save their season after what looks to be a league title win by Hearts of oak.
