Former Berekum Chelsea and Ashantigold coach Svetislav Tanasejevic have revealed he’s held talks over a possible move to become head coach of Ghana premier league giants Hearts of oak.
The Hearts hierarchy is not convinced with current coach Nii Odoom thinks the Serbian is the idle man to lead the club at this time.
“I have spoken to Hearts management for a possible move as head coach but at the moment due to the outbreak of Covid-19, I am still in my native country Serbia”- Tanasejevic told Silver Fm
“Never will I be an assistant coach in Ghana nor in Serbia, I can be an assistant coach in England, Germany but not in Ghana.
“I’ve got no problem working with Nii Odoom if he accepts to be my assistant coach but for me, I won’t be his assistant.”
Nii Odoom won 5, Drew 6 and lost 2 in 13 league games, scoring 15 goals and conceding 10 in the process.
