The Glaziers have strengthened their striking department with the signing of Belgium striker Michy Batshuayi on a season-long loan from Chelsea.
Ghana’s Jordan Ayew was Palace only reliable source of goals. The former Swansea man finished the season as Palace top scorer after scoring 9 goals in 37 Premier League games.
It will be interesting to see how Roy Hodgson will set-up his team with the arrival of Batshuayi, but many believe this could probably cause a change in position for Jordan.
Batshuayi will be joining the Eagles for the second time after the 26-year-old played 11 matches and scored 5 goals in just six-month for Palace in 2019.
Palace will host Southampton in their premier league opener on Saturday afternoon.
