Ghanaian Sensation Kamal-Deen Suleman, responded to the departure of fellow compatriot Mohammed Kudus, with two goals for his team Fc Nordjaelland in 6-3 lost away to league leaders Fc Midtjylland this afternoon.
Nordjaelland played their first match after the departure of their talisman Kudus, but Kamal-Deen scored two goals to make a statement that, he is ready to step in the boots of the Golden Boy nominee.
Kamal-Deen, 18, announced his presence at MCH Arena in the 10’ minute after striking a shot with his left foot from the center of the box into the bottom right corner to put the visitors into the lead.
Three minutes after Kamal’s goal, Mads Dohr Thychosen conceded a penalty, received his matching orders after causing a foul in the area.
Ronnie Schwart stepped up and hit the ball with his right foot into the bottom right corner to put the score at 1-1.
Kamal-Deen got his second in the 23’ minute after Mikkel Damsgaard picked out the Ghanaian following a fast break, Kamal, hit the ball with his left foot from outside the the 18 yard box into the bottom right corner to restore the lead for the visitors.
The game went into the break with the away side leading by 2-1 but with a man less.
The second half began without Kamal-Deen as he got substituted with Martin Frese as the host pushed more men up front to capitalized on the numerical disadvantage of their opponent and finally got their deserving equalizer in 55’ minute through Anders Dreyer, with Frank Onyeka adding the third goal.
The visitors responded and got the equalizer in the 69 minute through Tochi Phil Chukwuani to put the score at 3-3
The visitors couldn’t contain the pressure and ran out of gas as the league leaders scored 3 additional goals in the last 20 minutes with Erik Sviatchenko, Ronnie, Lasse Vibe scoring those goals.
The game ended 6-3 in favor of the host.
The game saw other Ghanaians such as Isaac Atanga lasting 61 minutes, Abu Francis and Ibrahim Sadiq came on in 61 minute.
