Ghanaian midfielder Veronica Owusu Osei known as (Kaka) who plays for SC Renegades in USA has suffered a suspected ankle fracture in an indoor league match against Bruised and broken yesterday
The 24-year-old attacking midfielder scored two goals for her side before the break but thirteen minutes into the second half, Veronica dribbled an opponent and mis-stepped on the ball and landed wrongly on the turf.
The emergency doctor first assessment say, the injury might be a fracture of the ankle and will have to see orthopedic surgeon and do further checks to see if She might need a surgery
A surgery will mean that, Veronica will be out for close to three month and it will be a big blow for Coordinator Jennifer Ernst as she will missed the services of her key star player.
The former Ashtown ladies star who left Ghana in 2013 for America got herself enrolled in the college and graduated last year April and now full time soccer player.
